REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
We do not offer returns. Once an order has gone home, it is FINAL (joggers excluded). Joggers may be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of pickup as long as they have not been washed or worn. We reserve the right to deny a jogger exchange if the item looks washed or worn. We cannot exchange tops for a different size as they are made as once ordered.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We must be notified (via email or in person) within 3 days of pickup for any defective or damaged items. You or your student will then need to return the item to our store for replacement. In most instances we will be able to replace immediately, unless the item is out of stock.
Upon completion of your order, an email will be sent to you with pickup instructions. During pick up you will be required to review your order. If your order is incorrect we will attempt to correct it on the spot. If it is correct, you will be required to sign & date the form agreeing that you have all your correct items. This releases the MRHS PTO Marketplace from any further obligations for the completed order.
